Farm Day 2010
January 24, 2010, had a family oriented Farm Day
at Richard and Sandy's Boer Goat Farm.
Sheridan Lantz and Justin Kramer demonstrated how to show an animal.
Dawn Lantz showed everyone how to choose that great wether for next year.
Cindy Collins and Pat Lantz provided a disbudding seminar.
Michelle Sayer-Holmes and Krystal Clemmons gave a bottle baby demonstration with a discussion on the different methods for feeding and a variety of formulas.
Richard demonstrated his hoof trimming technique.
There was a display explaining our feeding program.
Sandy showed how to draw blood and provided forms for testing.
Everyone who attended was involved in the discussions. We learned from each other and it was a wonderful, relaxed day of visiting and sharing information.
