Sheridan Lantz from
REMUDA-NUBIANS
Sheridan is a great addition to the Boer Goat Industry.
She comes from an experienced goat family. The Lantz family has owned and shown outstanding dairy goats for years. You can learn more about Remuda-Nubians at http://remuda-nubians . Sheridan's Mom, Dawn and her Grandmother, Pat have definitely shown her the proper way to raise goats! Sheridan's Grandma Pat bought RNSH Candy, a Purebred doe from us to start Sheridan's Boer herd. Sheridan's Dad, Daryl bought two does from us for Sheridan's 2009 Christmas present to add to the herd. Both does kided RNSH Valentino babies plus they have added other outstanding animals to build quite an exceptional herd!
We are fortunate that Sheridan has chosen to show our wethers. She does a fine job of preparing the animals for market and show. The following information was put together by Pat Lantz:

We test regularly. All our animals have tested negative for CL, CAE and Johne's.
At the 2011 Thurston County Fair Sheridan was FFA Grand Champion. Sheridan is a member of Yelm FFA and showed in a large class with plenty of competition.
Sheridan's wether for 2011 came from her own herd. She has started a fine Boer and Boer Cross herd with genetics showing outstanding growth and confirmation. Sheridan's 116 lb wether sold for $42.00 per pound (yes you read it right - $42.00 per pound) plus add on's.
This wether was big without being overconditioned. Some mighty fine meat went in the freezer!
